A good stay - let down my the property manager

The location of the property is great. It’s close to Lighthouse beach. It’s so easy to walk down for a swim or join the coastal track to Shelley Beach at the top of the hill. The view is excellent and the front sitting room is a delight. The pool was perfect for the kids and was quite warm as it gets a lot of sun during the day.The property is located on a busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise especially on Saturday night.We were disappointed with the property manager. We found on arrival that there was no gas in the bbq, and no spare cylinder. We alerted the property manager who promised to fix this ASAP, but didn’t fix it at all during our week long stay. That said, the kitchen was well provisioned and easy to use. The trek into town to get the keys worked ok, but isn’t that convenient.Two bedrooms are small and a bit stuffy. We would have preferred a configuration with one of the rooms having two single beds. I think it would be difficult to sleep the weather was hot.Overall it was a good stay.
