I would give this property a 4.5 overall. We had the 2 bedroom spa apartment and it was a beautiful apartment with a great setup. Large kitchen and living areas with 2 generous balconies. It was very clean and had plenty of toiletry and cleaning supplies. Would love to go back.
The room i stayed in was very old and desperately needs renovations. The toilet in the ensuite was discoloured and was yellow in colour. Definitely not a 4 star property in the room i stayed in.
A wonderful apartment, clean and modern, convenient to lots of restaurants and amenities.
Port Macquarie was a wonderful surprise and would
definitely recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

Excellent property. Very clean. Lovely view from our room on 7th floor and rooftop facilities. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Short walk to several restaurants including Bowling Club. Longer walk to central business area. Our timing was unusual. We needed to relocate our car by 8am due to maintenance on the garage door. There was a risk of losing water by 9am for routine council maintenance. The room would have benefitted from better lighting around the bathroom mirror and a door to the bathroom. There was no door. A poorly fitting wooden partition separated the bathroom from the other living area. Weird.

I was disappointed with obvious maintenance issues. Peeling paint and poor repairs to previous renovations. Drainage to the shower was poor.

There was no air conditioning in main bedroom and the ceiling fan wouldn’t work. Everything else was great. Very nice apartments
The apartment was very clean and spacious. Pool was nice and clean with the added bonus of a barbecue area. Only a short walk to the middle of town. Would definitely come back again.
We very much enjoyed our short stay at Ki-ea Apartments. Here are two comments for improvements in the studio apartment No 750A.Instead of the beautiful chest-of-drawers placed besides the fridge, a bench with under bench cupboard with shelf would have been very useful. 2.Privacy for the toilet (I understand space is the problem)
The view from our room was amazing.
The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest. Utensils and draws dirty.
Bedrooms clean.
Bathrooms clean.
Lounge area huge.
Location was good but a bit of a walk to the main strip.
Pool area great.
