Hotel impersonnel, sans âme. Grosse structure dans le centre administratif. Quasi aucun commerce autour, quartier inintéressant. Grosse difficulté de communication avant l'arrivée : Navette non présente à l'aéroport. Sauf obligation, dormir près de l'aéroport, c'est mieux !

Easily the best I stayed in whilst in PNG

A really international hotel in a good position with some great people. I enjoyed it - this ws the fourth hotel I stayed in during a 10 day visit to PNG and is the only one I would willingly return to. I would have given it 5 stars except for an irritation on check-out when it was suddenly determined that the deposit I paid through Expedia hadn't been collected. Not mentioned at check-in or notified before my taxi turned up. Otherwise very good.

Its was good overall but room air-conditioning is not cold too hot. Staff overall and customer service was excellent.

Probably the two things that were sub-par for the hotel was the musty odour in the hall ways and also the shower function and the shower cubicle conditions were well overdue for a good refurbish. Everything else was fine. Thanks.

Customer service needs to be improved. Need more friendly staff and also they need to advise of the options of the rooms if not available. I requested two beds but was given one only. Rooms were not ready upon check in as well. Will not be booking with Crown anytime soon.
