Located on the quieter, less windy side of town but walking distance to most everything you need or want. The cottage is simple, spacious and cozy. Comfortable and peaceful for snuggling in with a book or movie on a rainy day.

It has a very large kitchen and pretty much any utensils and cookware you need to prepare meals and a beautiful dinning room that seats six. Two restaurants are less than two blocks away and many more just a short drive if cooking is not what you want to do on vacation.

Living room is spacious with electric fireplace and large flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi and a Roku device for streaming on your favorite platform. Many games and puzzles for family fun time.

Bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfy. Extra pillows and blankets available. I love that without all the light polution of the city, when I turn out the lights in the bedrooms, they are dark and promote a good night's sleep!

The large fenced back yard, is perfect for lawn games, gathering and relaxing in the sun or shade. Gas BBQ area and seasonal outdoor seating space for family meals.

Make this your hub for exploring the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast.

Coastal Fun

We were completely satisfied with our accommodations in Port Orford. Even though the town was quite small, we managed to get in some great hiking, biking, and golfing.The house was very well organized, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.We would recommend this property to anyone staying in this area.

Wonderful stay!

The house is very comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen is large, everything worked well including the grill. Loved sitting on the patio. Lots to recommend it and Port Orford. We thought it would make a good base for exploring the south coast, and it did, but the scenery, beach, hikes and amenities of the town were awesome! Food co-op, a bakery and gourmet prepared foods, great meal of fresh steelhead. Stay here! We hope to return.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, which is at the top of my priority list. The house was cozy, we felt right at home. The owner checked in via email and replied right away. We can’t wait to stay again.

Good base camp

We enjoyed our stay. This made for a nice base camp while we hung out with other family in the area, and enjoyed Port Orford./ Bandon attractions. We found it to be very clean, and well stocked. We did hear Mr. Ed's down the street later in the evening, but it wasn't obnoxious and it wasn't a problem for us. I don't remember hearing any other noises. Thank you to the host for making such a nice place available!

Almost perfect

This is a lovely home: clean, well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely sheltered patio and back yard. The host provides a good selection of food basics, (flour, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, spices, etc.). The location is perfect - you can walk to 3 beaches and every restaurant in town from here. The owner is very helpful, and even sent us information on where whales had recently been spotted. The only negative is the beds. They have older mattresses that sag a little and the sheets are 100% polyester so they stick to you like a trash bag all night. Maybe bring your own sheets!

Wonderful little coastal getaway

Very cute comfortable home away from home. We loved the games and extras provided for guests like coffee, spices, etc. Owner was very prompt when questions asked and extremely friendly. Our only complaint was no light is laundry area making it hard to see. Also neighbors were very loud with music and yelling until midnight every night, but that is not property owners fault. We would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to rest and enjoy the coast

Beautiful Home

This is a well kept, clean, inviting home. The pictures do not do it justice. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings in exceptional condition, decorated beautifully and a quiet neighborhood. The only ding on this wonderful place is that is advertised a hot tub that was not there. One of my main filters was for a hot tub so I was greatly disappointed. Everything else was top notch! Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

We really enjoyed staying at your cottage. Thank you for making it so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans to visit the Southern Oregon Coast. We visited several sites between Coos Bay and Brookings. Thank you for being communicative and informative prior to our arrival, alerting us to possible road closures due to the fires. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
