Nice quiet residential neighborhood. I brought my small dog and he loved his walks around the area, especially the large open drainage area waterways. While you won’t find a corner store nearby, you will find every restaurant, business and service you can think of on StLucie West Blvd about 10 minutes away. The place was perfect for us 2 and everything worked just fine. We were in between house closings and needed a temporary place. Although it’s part of a house the entrance is private and there is parking for 2 vehicles. Privacy was never an issue. No one will bother you here. The pictures and ad describe it perfectly. Last but not least, Yolanda is an excellent host. She was always available and always responded quickly. She is a very nice person too which I appreciated. So, thanks again, Yolanda for a very pleasant stay.

The place was just what we needed to visit with family just minutes away. While we used it for little more than sleep and to keep our family dog safe and close it was set up to meet just about any basic need that may have come up. From extra toiletries to a portable cook top it was really ready for anyone’s stay. It felt clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again .

When we arrived we were greeted by two sandhill cranes. Very nice.The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hostess was quick with responses and very willing to be lenient with check-in and check-out times to match our flight schedules. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our stay

This property is easy to find, clean inside & out, & convenient to our location we were visiting. We walked the neighborhood which was clean & felt safe. I would highly reccomend this VRBO for 1-2 people. We hope to visit again!

We LOVED our stay at Yolanda's place. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place was cozy, clean and in a great neighborhood, we went for a walk every evening. Perfect for the two of us

The apartment was constructed to perfection. Everything functioned perfectly. The bathroom was great well lit and the shower was wonderful. The kitchenette had all we needed and the bed was top quality. Yolanda remodeled the unit with care and concern for her guests. Tons of coffee, water in the fridge, chips for nibbles and clean plates and utensils. Excellent wi-fi and easy access and parking. Yolanda was extremely responsive. We would stay here again without hesitation. The neighborhood is Residental and quiet. An incredible bargain.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had the most excellent experience with our stay! The apartment was a clean, roomy and exactly as pictured with every amenity imaginable.
