Gulf Front townhome on The Cape! Amazing gulf views!

Welcome to Yaya's Dream, a newly renovated gulf front townhome in the desirable community of Barrier Dunes! Located only steps to the white sand and emerald waters of the gulf, this unit boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms and an open living floor plan. Upon entry into a quaint foyer you will walk up a flight of stairs and find a bright, colorful and cozy main living space, dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. An 8 foot slider off the living room fills the space with light and combines indoor/outdoor living with a large deck that offers a large deck, polywood furniture and a grill to cook your days catch!
Up a level and you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a set a twin bunk beds and the other with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have en suites and private balcony's overlooking the beach. This level also features a laundry closet.
Up another flight of stairs is your master bedroom oasis featuring a new Casper king size mattress, newly updated master bath with a double vanity, standing shower and separate large garden tub. Another 8 foot slider opens to your large private gulf front balcony!
Under the home you will find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, a deck with table and chairs and a closet filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys that you are welcome to use during your stay.
The Barrier Dunes community offers ample amenities to enjoy during your stay including a freshly resurfaced gulf side swimming pool with beautiful views of the gulf, a second heated swimming pool, tennis courts and a brand new playground. Our community is steps away from the award winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park which offers beautiful hiking, miles of empty beaches, bay access and fun excursions for the entire family!

This was a great property so close to the sand and surf - feet from a short boardwalk. The complex backed up to the beautiful state park. The neighborhood was quiet with a family atmosphere. The views from all three balconies were wonderful. The host was very responsive and attentive. Check-in and out was very simple. The interior was comfortable and well-stocked. We’d come back!!

The house was wonderful. Had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. The beds were so comfortable! We will definitely stay there again.

Great ocean views

The ocean views were great. Did not get check info til the day of so a little nerve wracking getting on a plane w/o that info. House was clean but could use some updates . Second floor bedroom ceiling fan did not work at all. All of the beach stuff to use was old & not in great shape, we went out and bought are own umbrella. Some of the little extras were missing ( dish soap, klenex, coffee, sample bottles of shampoo) Host was responsive to my questions.

Great location and views

We were very pleased with the location (steps away from the beach) and layout and decor. The kitchen was well stocked, including nice knives and spices and even some basics like sugar and oil. We also had plenty of dishwasher pods and paper products. The host was immediately responsive before our visit too.

Great Location and Condo

This was our first visit to the Cap. The condo was newly renovated and as described. Your are literally on the beach and a few steps away from setting up on the beach! We would definitely book this condo again. Claire the owner was so helpful and gave us all the local tips!
