We stay here when we visit family. It is clean. I personally love the beds. We had a view of the water. The other side doesn’t. It is on the water adjacent to a beautiful park and pier. There are shops and dining within asking distance. We love it here. The restaurant was under renovation but we have eaten there before and the food is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. We love it here and will stay again.

Reserved a 2 night stay. The second night, at 2am after we were sound asleep and managed to avoid the clown party down the hall reeking of marijuana with a circus themed door and obscene costumes, we were awakened by water dripping from our ceiling into our room. It was a steady stream. After calling the front desk we were assured the water issue would be looked into but no one was onsite to fix it. We were then offered another room directly next to the elevator and directly across from the clown party to which we declined, packed our bags and drove 2 hours home at 3am. We really like Port Washington, but will never stay at the Harborview Hotel again.
