Alle Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden erfüllt.Die Lage ist halt außergewöhnlich gut. Quasi direkt am Strand.An den heißen Tagen hat die Klimaanlage im Haus dafür gesorgt, dass wir Nacht gut schlafen konnten.An Ausrüstung ist alles im Haus was benötigt wird. Auch schnelles Internet per WLAN (schnell genug für Videokonferenzen). Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert.Ich würde jederzeit wieder hin gehen. Und kann es auch meinen Freunden jederzeit wieder empfehlen.

Très bon logement

Le logement est très bien équipé et dispose d’une localisation exceptionnelle. La terrasse est très bien exposée. La mer est à 200m à pied. Endroit tranquille proches des commerces de proximité. Nous nous sommes très bien plu tous les 4.

Fast perfekt - Aber trotzdem traumhaft

Hallo, wir waren Mitte August wieder in Portiragnes. Dieses Mal zu Gast in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, keine 5 Minuten... Wohin? Im Grunde überall hin! Strand, Bäcker, Eisdiele etc. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab ausreichend Stauraum und Stellfläche. Die Küche war ausgestattet, als würde hier dauerhaft jemand wohnen. Sowas hatten wir noch nie. Sehr gut! Die Klimaanlagen lassen sich getrennt steuern und funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir haben bereits mit Herrn Froidevaux geschrieben und freuen uns darauf nächsten Sommer wieder für ein paar Tage einzukehren. Da ich in der Überschrift "fast perfekt" geschrieben haben muss ich auch die vielleicht negativen Aspekte ansprechen. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz, aber unser 5 Tage alter Neuwagen stand auch auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Meer einwandfrei. Es wurde nichts geklaut oder beschädigt und wir bekamen zu jeder Zeit dort einen Platz. Natürlich muss man zum be-und entladen des Fahrzeugs eine gute Strecke überwinden. Aber Herr Froidefauxe hatte dafür vorgesorgt und eine Sackkarre in der Ferienwohnung. Damit lässt sich alles deutlich einfacher transportieren. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist, das nicht vorhandene WLAN und der sehr schlechte Handyempfang. Damit muss man sich wohl abfinden, aber man kann es auch positiv sehen und wirklich Mal abschalten. Schade war es auch, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht mieten konnte. Es ist zwar kein Hotel, aber inzwischen durchaus gängig dass dieser Service angeboten wird. Der Vorteil an der eigenen Wäsche ist, dass man weiß mit welchem Waschmittel die Sachen gewaschen wurden, was z.B. Allergiker zu schätzen wissen. Zu beachten ist auch, dass zur angegebenen Endreinigung, nicht die Terrasse, der Multifunktionsofen und der Grill gehören. Diese drei Punkte muss man spätestens vor Abreise selbst wieder säubern. Ist nicht schlimm, ist allerdings vor der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt worden. Als letztes gibt es noch zu erwähnen dass sich ca. 1 Woche lang am angrenzenden Park eine Gruppe aus mehreren Familien getroffen hat, die teilweise laut waren und aggressiv gewirkt haben. Wir wurden von der Gruppe nicht beachtet und der Lärm war spätestens um 21 Uhr weg, da die Gruppe sich dann bis zum zum nächsten Nachmittag aufgelöst hatte. Wir konnten uns damit arrangieren. Trotz der erwähnten negativen Aspekte, werden wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung zurück kehren da es für uns ein wirklich traumhafter Urlaub war.😊

Un très beau séjour à portiragnes plage

Très belle emplacement à portiragnes plage juste en face de la plage .. que demander de mieux 😊.. maison très propre, clim, douche ... à 2 pas des restaurants, marché et boutique de plage .. seul hic pour notre part et pour les enfants .. pas de parking privé voiture garé sur parking public 🤔, nous étions pas très rassuré le soir .. et pour les enfants pas de wifi dans la maison de location. Sinon rien a dire le contact avec les propriétaires top👍. Superbe maison .
