The staff was so kind and helpful! Always ready to help. The facility was quiet and since I was there to do online classes I needed the quiet. The pool and hot tub was warm and inviting. Can't wait to come back!

Parking was a little sketchy. Very dark in the parking lot. I found it very odd that in order to get anything cleaned in my room I had to drop off a piece of paper with my room number and explicit directions. Including What I wanted done to the lobby desk between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. once during a four-night stay, I went to the lobby and dropped off this small piece of paper to the desk clerk in order to get clean towels, sheets & shampoo. she actually asked me "Oh, do you want them to change the trash as well??" Umm YEAH, ISN'T THAT WHAT I'M PAYING FOR... A CLEAN ROOM?

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. When we arrived, we were told the hot tub wasn’t working but that the pool was open. By that evening, everything was shut down with no explanation. The floors became dangerously soapy when wet, which felt like a safety hazard. I was placed in an ADA room (without requesting it), and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The shower was stained and visibly dirty, with black mold under the seat. It was extremely unsanitary. To top it off, one of the lamps didn’t even have power. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on—completely uncomfortable, and I barely got any rest. This stay was not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

It worked for us.

It was what we needed-a place to sleep after spending all day at a festival. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but the place was clean and relatively quiet.
