Front desk person would not look at us. Put us in a smoked in room. Argued it wasn’t smoked in. But did change out room. The Homeless are using the free breakfast. So the dining area is not to organized. The afternoon front desk person spends most of his time outside the entrance smoking. Overall not a maintained hotel. The room was actually OK

The front desk gal was nice. The tv did not work right. After a long day of driving that was an important option we wanted. When I went to call the front desk the room phone didn’t work and was so dirty. Breakfast was fine.

My stay here was great. I had a couple of issues but the staff always resolved the issues right away. Definitely would recommend someone to stay here, I do think the property needs some renovations though.

The room and the building's heating system smelled horribly...like something was burning. Then when I tried to watch tv, it wouldn't work, and I had to ask the front desk attendant to come to my room to get it to work. The desk attendant was very nice, though.

The room needed a face-lift, but it was clean, the bed was good, and the breakfast was good- standard fare for a self-serve breakfast included in the cost of the room. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
