Basement space just blocks away from the heart of St. Johns! Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks, and amenities all within a 15-minute walk. Quick access to Cathedral Park, and Forest Park.

You’ll have the entire basement space to yourself with your own private, keyless entrance for easy self-check-in. The suite includes a private bathroom with shower, a mini fridge and microwave, and access to Netflix.

The space
This clean, comfortable basement space is a great place to relax after exploring the city or enjoy a quiet night in. Due to the unit being in the basement, please expect to hear footsteps from the main level as well as our dogs occasionally barking. Most household noise occurs during daytime hours, and evenings are generally quiet. Quiet hours start at 10 pm.

Guest access
Separate entrance to basement space is accessed on Chicago Ave. To the left of the garage door you will see a wooden railing with our sign on it (Seneca’s Hideaway), and stairs that go down to the entrance.

The stairs are lit at night and we have extra motion lights that light up as you walk by.
Please use caution while going down the stairs.

Street parking is free.
