Apparently the hotel was oversold and my reservation was cancelled without any notification to me. I was moved to a lesser quality property nearby. If I would have known the reservation had been cancelled, I would have found another property of similar or better quality myself. I was not pleased.

I’m a little disappointed.

The “King” bed is actually only 72x79” which apparently hotels can list as king size. It feels like a queen. The walls are VERY thin and not soundproof. Our neighbors next door were laughing loudly until midnight when I went over and asked them to quiet down. They did, so I assume they weren’t aware how the sound traveled. FYI: ADA rooms are typically on the ground floor, but here they are on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of the hall.

Booked room with sofa bed in case son joined us on trip. Given room with a chair and no sofa bed. Son did join us and had to sleep in floor.

Noise issue

They had a serious noise issue. we asked the stuff to change the room they said all the rooms are full. We checked out two days earlier. It was really bad.
