Now Net Zero Energy! Just installed 18 solar panels that cover more electricity that the building uses! New modern House with gourmet kitchen. Enjoy the tile shower with endless hot water, Netflix on the tv, and cozy furniture. Short walk to Woodstock village with Double Mountain Brewing, New Seasons. Easy access to public transportation, or sit back and relax on the patio. 500 square feet in this guest house and you have the place to yourself. There is a fenced yard that is pretty private. Sub zero refrigerator and Miele range in the custom kitchen. Energy efficient construction with balanced ventilation for great indoor air quality. Large window to let in the natural light. Comfortable modern furnishings. The sofa bed sleeps one and there is a queen air mattress. Entire place You will have the entire place during your stay. I live a short distance away to answer any questions. Woodstock park, restaurants, shopping and bars are all a short walk away. Easy to walk to Woodstock village. Take the bus to the Max line for a short ride to downtown or ride your bike to Sellwood or Hawthorne. You are close to great restaurants! I will consider a dog, but no cats. Sorry. There are two units on the property, please be respectful to your neighbors.

so clean and exactly as shown. there's a food truck 'alley' within a 10 minute walk, and we spent the evening having dinner with the locals in this lovely neighborhood. wonderful stay!
