Maybe Once Upon a Time

This is not a 4 star hotel by any measure. The accommodations, service, cleanliness and amenities are sub-par. It is a 2 star hotel at best. I had multiple problems that cost me valuable time thanks to incompetent and rude staff. I requested parking and was told to use my room key to access the garage. I had to return 3 times to the front desk to get my key “reprogrammed”. I finally had to be let in through calling the front desk. Turns out the when I checked out, a bag of chips was added to my bill which I never asked for or received and the parking fee was not. So now it is clear that the person who checked me in and reprogrammed my keys 3 times never actually added parking to my room so I would never had access to the garage no matter how many times my keys we reprogrammed. I also was not give the WiFi password at check-in and the front desk would not answer the phone so I had to come down at 11pm to get the pw. The parking garage is an absolute tragedy with trash, graffiti and a broken elevator. The front desk staff are unprofessional and blame the customer for their blatant mistakes. The bathroom is the size of a broom closet and the rooms are dated, dirty and damaged.

Cold and trapped

Went to celebrate our anniversary and had to return back home: the room was super small. I think the ceiling height was more than the room width. Yellow colored walls, not really heating “heater”, no ventilation in bathroom. We were cold and feel very uncomfortable. The great plus was a covered secured parking right across the street and a great personnel.

Garbage

So the restaurant was closed, there is no service to the room, the bartender was extremely rude and refused service to my child and I when we tried to order food through her, no minors allowed except in the lobby, no fridge or microwave, and the heating went out so we were terribly cold. They said they would have the resort fee- which shouldn't exist at all. Never going back again.

I loved this hotel because of the location, very clean, very quiet staff but always prompt to look in your direction with a smile. Which very nice now a days.
