Charming decor & friendly staff

Stayed one night. Staff were very friendly & helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious, & the lobby devor was really cute. Our room did have a funky smell, but it's an older building, so be expected.

Not great. Lots of broken odds and ends, terrible mechanical design ( my room was freezing, poorly insulated windows meant it was not only cold but being street facing it was really loud most the night. The hip factor just doesnt make up for all the cut corners.

Second time around, awesome experience

Hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Will surely be back the next time I visit PDX.

Be better.

Staff couldn't be bothered, unfriendly environment. Faucet knobs falling apart. Empty lobby, no service, "computers are down" at checkout. Awful.
