Advertisement says they pamper pets with dog bowls, a dog bed and treats. I guess it only counts if your dog isn’t a service dog. My dog got nothing. Not even a dry biscuit. My reservation was for queen bed and when we were given a double bed and I questioned it , I was told they did not have queen beds. I went back to their advertising amd it shows king and queen beds. The room was tiny and we had hair in our sink. We asked the concierge for suggestions on dinner and he did not have any suggestions. We were not told about the free game room in the basement when we checked in although we overheard him tell the guest behind us while we were waiting for the elevator. We were put on the 7th floor with a dog and the closest grassy area for relieving my dog was almost a half a mile walk. So disappointed.

Loved this boutique art deco stylish, trendy, beautiful hotel w/ beautiful interior design details!! Rooms are so efficient and nicely laid out + clean. Love the main public areas are kool, trendy, posh, comfortable, functional and designer. Staff and team are always nice whenever I talked to them or asked a question. Close and walkable to stores, restaurants. I would stay here again! Thank you!

Made the mistake of booking downtown thinking it would be convenient for going out to eat. I was advised not to walk out in the area, to either drive or take an uber to a restaurant. Hotel is looking and feeling tired. However the room was clean and quiet. No easy place for breakfast nearby.
