We had the room with the 2 queen beds with a couch and chair. The staff was wonderful and so helpful and the property was very clean. A bit dated but great option for the price, the chair was the only complaint it was fake leather that was almost completely peeled off, we just didn't use it as it was a bit off putting.

Very convenient location. Many people walking in and out, smoking near the front door (staff handled it). Pool families leaving puddles of water in lobby (barefoot). Not a lot of parking. I tried to cancel before checking in because the parking lot had different types of sketchy people in the parking lot and nearby. They did not allow to me get a refund. I gave it a shot, staff was doing their best. Multiple things were alarming, I would not stay again, it looked like people were living there instead of normal hotel guests. The room was CLEAN and acceptable. The outside factors were not expected.

The pool wasn’t heated (65 degrees), once they saw our children in it they got right on it, the next day it was good. The little breakfast spot was completely out of coffee, however the front desk gave us a bunch of pods for our room, so they were thoughtful.

The staff was so helpful they put us in room 420 which I thought was cool as hell being a stoner but the TV didn't work so I come down and told him about that after using the hot tub for half the day and they gave me a new room upgraded me and everything me and my fiance my best friend loved our stay so much that we are going to stay there again in almost another couple weeks I can't wait to bring my children and my service animal there

Staff was nice and the room was clean. I reserved a deluxe king because we wanted a couch. When we got to our room it was not a deluxe and we didnt have a sitting area. The shuttle bus was parked in the handicap spot taking 1 of only 4 available. And my husband cut his foot on glass in the hot tub area.
