Room is clean. I’ve stayed here before and it’s convenient to airport. But I wasn’t happy that they’re now charging $10 to park. Always trying to get a buck.

This was a good value; much less expensive than staying at Old Port yet an easy drive there. The room was comfortable and clean; nice breakfast with several choices (but the same every day.) The add-on parking fee is annoying. It should just be included in the room rate. But that did not negate the overall value.

I am a Flight Attendant and have stayed in many hotels. This property was not only right next to a railroad track that was constantly busy all through the night, but the room itself was very dirty. I had to take my disinfectant wipes to all the touch points in the room. It was very apparent that they had a water leak in our bathroom at some point because the door was very waterlogged and splitting all over the floor. The sheets had balls on them like they were very old and possibly not even changed. Very disappointed and will never go back!

La Quinta provides basic, comfy accommodations at a reasonable price. Relatively short driving distance to the Old Port area and there's a Trader Joe's nearby. Good coffee and breakfast offerings.

Extremely difficult to find number for the actual front desk of the hotel. Then the person was very had to understand and then didn't seem to understand us either. The credit cards were not billed properly which still have to be worked out. Not sure if they were a new employee or what, but service was not up to par.

Poor service. Had to wait 10 min to check in - there was no one at the front desk. Went upstairs to get into the room but the key card didn't work so had to down again. The room was okay. Bit overall not worth the money.
