Absolutely fabulous experience from check-in to checkout. Comfortable room, very clean, and wonderful staff. Facility is a little dated but well maintained. Sorry I didn't find this earlier!!

The Portland Regency was great. Centrally located,we could walk anywhere we wanted.Hotel room was beautiful clean and up to date. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Start off this Hotel is amazing. Right in the middle of the city and you can literally walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and the valet service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I do not like is that we came for the Old Port half marathon and the prices of the hotel were literally double what their Normal prices are. I hate how hotels do this, knowing that there is an event and Jack the prices. Expedia won't let me add photos but I do reviews on Google so check it out. There are room pictures on Google with review as well

The customer service was amazing! Our coffee maker stopped working and they came right away with a new one as well as complimentary espresso. I was there for a local running event and everything was within walking distance. I can’t wait to stay there again!
