The carpet in my room was visibly dirty with spots. Windows were very dirty. The staff was very friendly, except for one guy who was always rude to me. Never said Good Morning, but, I heard him saying it to others. I don’t know his name but, he was a short guy with glasses and blondish hair. I was never told by anyone that there was coffee in the morning. In their advertising they show a patio to sit at. But, it wasn’t set up. Very disappointed. I would have liked to sit out there as it was good weather. For the price it was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Airport shuttle was convenient and helpful. Driver arrived on time and loaded our luggage. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and water. Loved the community event in front of the hotel the day we arrived. Clean hotel, great bar and seating areas for gathering. Restaurant was excellent too for morning breakfast!

We loved our stay at Portland Regency! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and responded immediately to any requests. We did not dine at the hotel but enjoy the basement bar. The room, whilst lacking a 'view' was large and the bed was enormous. The bathroom had everything we could ask for and more! We loved being so central that we could nip back several times a day in the unseasonable heat to refresh ourselves with the air con!
