Super, rien à redire ! La suite est immense, super confortable. La literie est très bonne. La cuisine avait tous les équipements nécessaires, c'était très appréciable de pouvoir préparer certains repas nous-mêmes et ne pas aller à chaque fois au restaurant. Le staff était très sympa. La localisation me semble idéale : un peu en dehors de Downtown, au calme, et le tram passait juste devant l'hôtel.

The room was okay, my husband and I noticed that the pullout bed sheets that were stored away in the closet of our hotel room were not rotated out with new clean sheets in between guests, because when we took the sheets, pillow cases, blanket cover, etc out there was crumbs of food in them. The Staff at the front test could have been more friendly, when checking in we felt rushed and when calling from our room one time to the front desk they did not seem to want to help and they were quick to hang up the phone. Not very friendly or helpful. Won’t be staying there again.

It’s our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again if we’re in the area. The only issue we encountered this time was the beddings for the pull up sofa bed. It’s apparent that it was not washed, but front desk were quick to apologize & sent new ones.
