STIRS STAIRS STAIRS !!No elevator or rams all stairs ! I don’t understand how the state lets them be open for business with no ADA compliance. I would hate to see the people hurt during an emergency evacuation. Rooms furniture were in bad condition Rips, stains, lams bent bath tub not draining , room had bad smell. Breakfast was the best thing and it was limited to 3 items . But it was free!

Needs work But easy access to airport.

Hotel is not ADA friendly. No elevator, only 1 ada room that you could only access by the outside side doors. Kids running up & down the upper floor hallways making it loud in the rooms. Bathtub not ada easily accessible. Needs hand bars. No clock available in room. Funny smell in the room. Not impressive at all. hotel needs work.

The whole facility requires climbing stairs. NO ELEVATOR. NOT ADA COMPLIANT. Only had 4 yogurts available for breakfast at 0930. Would not fill pancake maker. No fruit.

Small refrigerator had mold inside and it was not cold either. Could not use the hair dryer and I fixed the phone I the room Cables were not correctly connected. I'm never staying here again.

We’ve stayed here many times in the past and we’re surprised by the changes. Everything has been pared down to an absolute minimum. Bath towels were small and harsh. There was only one paper cup in our room and no ice bucket. (Couldn’t even enjoy in-room coffee because we didn’t have cups. Breakfast was so sparse. Instant oatmeal was the only cereal and no milk for it. The only other choice was a pancake machine - no toast or bread or muffins. A few green bananas. No decaf coffee. Public spaces are run down and carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. What a disappointment. There are so many comparably priced options near PDX. We won’t be back.

Their vending machines didn't work so no access to any water besides sink water. They dont have utensils for customers to use. The lady at the front desk does not leave her post for nothing. The place was gross, outdated and just torn apart
