Trilo is one of the units which Villa is divided into. It`s 350 meters away from the beach of Padula Fede, on the coast of Porto Cesareo, between Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto. The villa is in a quiet area, within walking distance from a small beach with crystal clear water and it`s in one of the most famous seaside locations of Salento. Just like the two other units, Trilo Corallo is equipped with internet connection and air conditioning. It`s independent and can be rented singularly. It can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Trilo is independent from the other two units of Villa. It shares the entrance of the property with Bilo A and the use of the washing machine. The Trilo is introduced by an equipped verandah with table and chairs, a useful barbecue grill and the outdoor showers.

The rooms of Trilo are characterized by a wooden ceiling and consist of a living room, dining area and kitchen with electric oven. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (master bedroom and triple bedroom with bunk beds and single bed). The air conditioning in the living room is enough to cool the whole apartment. The accessories of the house are: the alarm system, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, television and mosquito nets. At disposal of the guest, if necessary, a baby cot.

Trilo Corallo is in the quiet area of Padula Fede, seaside location between Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto, on one of the streets adjacent to the seafront promenade. The holiday homes are 350 meters away from the sea and a small beach. The closest beach establishment is 600 meters away, with its restaurant and bar. The closest beach establishments are "Lido delle Sirene" and "Lido Baron Beach". The house is near the beach Punta Grossa and the tourist village Punta Grossa with disco, bowling alley, restaurant and pizzeria. Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto are 3 kilometers away and there are amenities such as supermarkets, newsstands, tobacco shops, fish shops, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, doctor on duty and church.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- Shared barbecue, outdoor shower and washing machine.
- Water not drinkable.
