Villetta Alessandra it is a small villa with garden at only 150 metres from the beach of Torre Lapillo. The holiday house is equipped with air conditioning, Internet wi-fi, washing machine
and dishwasher, mosquito nets and railings, outdoor shower and parking.

Alessandra has a double gate that allows access to the garden, one
pedestrian and the other for the car. In the courtyard, there is
parking. The interior spaces that form the house holiday open with a large living room furnished with kitchen and sofa bed.
From the living room, a long corridor leads to the night area: 1 double room, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a half square and 1 family room furnished
with a double bed and a bunk-bed and en suite shower bathroom. Complete
the interior, a second bath with shower. Outside, beyond the veranda,
furnished with table and chairs, there is also a laundry room with
washing machine and outside shower.

Alessandra is located along a street parallel to the coastal road that
unites Torre Lapillo in Porto Cesareo. The area is quiet, and the house
is just 150 metres from the free beach and from the lido Orange Sun. The
centre of Torre Lapillo is just 1 km away, reachable with a walk. There
you will find all the main commercial services. Porto Cesareo is about 6
km. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
