The Neighborhood:

Rua Júlio Dinis, located in the beautiful city of Porto, has charming surroundings, full of history, culture, and urban life. Exploring the area around this street, you can discover a perfect blend of the traditional and the contemporary.



As you step out of the building, you’ll encounter a street full of local shops, charming cafés, and stores displaying their colorful windows. The Mercado do Bom Sucesso, with snacks, drinks, gourmet products, restaurants, and retail stores, is just a few steps from the building. You can also enjoy a stroll through the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, a true green oasis in the heart of the city. These majestic gardens offer a breathtaking view of the Douro River, perfect for relaxing, having a picnic, or simply enjoying nature.



Additionally, Rua Júlio Dinis is strategically located close to some of the city's most iconic attractions. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find Casa da Música, the Soares dos Reis National Museum, and the Casa da Música Metro Station, which is about 7 minutes from the apartment.

Getting Around:

If you want to explore the other wonders of the city, you will find the Casa da Música Metro Station less than 10 minutes away, with access to several lines.



Other Things to Note:

Important note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment, which causes noise 24/7. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. As such, we adhere to a transparency policy to ensure our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee on request.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a utility and internet/TV package limit of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, to carry out property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
