The breakfast was superb lots to choose from nothing was too much trouble everyone was very pleasant especially Inez who never forgot your name and was always ready to give u a hug when she saw you couldn’t fault anything and Iam hard to please more than a home from home.

Very nice small luxury hotel, great breakfast, clean and modern interior and high end room design. Based in a convenient location but not in the middle of everything touristy (So expect a bit of walking or Bolts/Uber are cheap) but no problem for most as walking is part and parcel of a visit to Porto. Very nice staff that seem happy to be there, so all in all Very good indeed, would definitely stay there again !

An amazing property that is a perfect oasis on a busy city break. The rooms are fantastic (recommend palace suite), the pool and spa a big bonus in a city hotel and their restaurant is excellent. Not forgetting amazing staff.

The breakfast menu was terrific. Saturday night dinner at the hotel, was terrible. It was recommended to us and we expected fine dining. The prices were find dining prices! We were very disappointed. The food we were served was not what we ordered; the chef never told the server that the food was changed. The table setting was incomplete and we had to ask for our wine, which sat on the bar for quite awhile. Terrible service. The hotel is wonderful. Great location, accomodating staff, good location. The bathrooms could benefit from having facecloths. I'd stay here again, but never, never, never eat at the restaurant.
