This charming 150 m2 two-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia offers the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a memorable stay. Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by a lift, the space is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and convenience.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. A private balcony provides the perfect spot to savour the invigorating, crisp air.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making cleanup effortless.

Both bedrooms are furnished with cosy double beds and are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms also features its own private balcony, adding a touch of charm and a quiet space to relax.

The apartment has two well-appointed bathrooms, each stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

For added convenience, the property includes a garage, suitable for small cars only.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in a vibrant and well-connected area of Vila Nova de Gaia, this property offers the perfect balance of culture, convenience, and leisure. Guests are just a short drive or metro ride from Porto's historic city centre, while also enjoying proximity to the coast, local markets, and iconic attractions.

A must-visit nearby is the World of Wine (WOW) cultural district, home to immersive museums, boutique shops, and a variety of restaurants overlooking the Douro River. Wine lovers can explore the famous Port Wine Cellars, where tastings and guided tours dive into the region’s winemaking heritage.

For a scenic escape, Jardim do Morro provides stunning panoramic views of Porto, especially at sunset, and the nearby cable car ride offers a unique vantage point of the riverside landscape.

The area is well-served by public transport, including several bus lines and the João de Deus metro station, which connects directly to Porto and other key locations. Everyday essentials are within easy reach, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and shopping centres such as El Corte Inglés and Gaia Shopping just minutes away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, João de Deus, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
