If you appreciate the calm and quiet in the middle of the city, this is the perfect apartment for your stay in the city of Porto.

Located in the center area, this 2-bedroom apartment is part of a typical building, completely renovated. There is a private and quiet terrace on the back, free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and air conditioning (hot and cold).

The 2-bedroom apartment has an open living room with natural light, dining table and chairs, one sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Fully-eqquiped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and much more...

You can use the peaceful private terrace in the back. It has natural plants, two tables and 4 chairs, a storage room with washing machine and other utilities.

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

All baby utensils must be requested no later than one week prior to check-in date.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

If you need cot, cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath, let us know a week before check-in day.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
