It has a bathroom with shower on the first floor (full bathroom with all necessary amenities) and a service bathroom on the ground floor. The equipped kitchenette has everything you need to spend a great stay in Porto. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. The windows are tall, with interior shutters and curtains. Balcony with unobstructed view to rear of building. Public parking facilities next to the building, just down the street.

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.
