22 Oporto Guesthouse was born in 2017 to offer accommodation in the city of Porto
Located 800m from the historic center of Porto, next to the Faria GuimarĂŁes Metro station, it allows quick and easy access to the main sights of the city.
This private house, carefully decorated, was created for those who appreciate comfort and privacy combined with a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Completely refurbished, it has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, garden and free WIFI network throughout the house.
All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and wardrobe. The private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.
Next to 22 Oporto Guesthouse there is a Portuguese food restaurant and a grocery store.

Maison trÚs propre. Tout est refait à neuf, sanitaires, cuisine, chambres. Le séjour était parfait, notre hÎte nous a accueillis chaleureusement, nous indiquant tous les endroits à visiter. TrÚs bonne communication par whatsapp. A refaire sans hésiter. On peut tout faire à pied. Petits commerces juste à cÎté. Bref, séjour parfait. Parfait en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Fernando’s place was perfect for our large family and adult children. Though it’s setup as a hostel, we had it booked just for us. Every room having its own bathroom made getting ready a breeze and the entire apartment was very well cleaned and cared for. The kitchen and dining area were the perfect spot to feast on the irresistible charcoal-grilled foods from the restaurant on the corner(chicken or fish, it doesn’t disappoint!), or cook up something from the nearby grocer. Additionally, the bakeries right around the corner were great for grabbing a pastry and espresso to get our days going. The location seemed close enough to everything to walk or take a quick(and cheap) Uber, but just far enough to be quieter at night. There is was some road noise that I could see bothering some, but we live in a city and it was just enough to make us feel at home. ;)

He met us and provided an overview of the features of the apartment as well as a very well organized electronic overview of recommendations for restaurants, sites, transportation options, etc. The accommodations are very welcoming with all needs provided. This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Our host took the time at check-in to show us how everything worked and how to use the browser on the TV to find markets, restaurants, and siteseeing places. The kitchen was sufficient and we cooked 2 nights out of 4. The back patio is a big plus. Getting from here to the sites around Porto was best accomplished by Uber or Bolt. Very inexpensive. The wine store and bakery around the corner were excellent. Highly recommend this apartment.

Extremely clean and comfortable space for 8 adults (4 couples). Great common/eating areas which accommodated all of us at one time (hard to find this at most properties)! Outdoor space was nice, but needs more lighting at night. Fernando was the best host, great communication and very responsive! First time in Porto

Our stay at Fernando‘s place in Porto was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, Fernando went out of his way to make sure that our first family visit to Portugal was of the highest standards. The effort he put in to making sure that we were provided with information about the house, but also the beautiful city to which he was born and raised; was above expectations. The home had everything that we needed down to the smallest detail. The patio out back became our favourite place to hang out after dinner each night. Fernando is an incredible host and we would highly recommend him if you are planning on visiting Porto. Obrigado Fernando!
