Very nice, but...

Beautiful, modern semi-detached house with good facilities. Very friendly reception. Heated pool. Only the parasol cannot be used even in light winds, so there is no shade on the terrace. Actually everything is very good. But: The house is not in Porto Vecchio, as claimed in the ad, but about 10 km away! The agency claims that there is no other way to do it in the ad, although the facility is not even in the municipality of Porto Vecchio, but in Lecci. There is nothing within walking distance, the next small settlement is 3km away. Even after several references to the situation, the advertisement continues to claim that the port of Porto Vecchio is 200m away and the town center is only a 5-minute walk away. So it's not an accident. The agency did not want to get involved in a relevant reimbursement of the rental price, even though the remote location does not match the rental price.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Pool ruhig und privat gelegen. Der beheizte Pool ist gut. Müllentsorgung muss selbst gemacht werden, an den öffentlichen Stationen, ist aber kein Problem. Auto ist notwendig. Würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Belle villa proche de porto vechio et saint cyprien

La villa est toute récente située dans un petit ensemble de villas. Nous avons eu une belle villa de 2 chambres avec terrasse et piscine et un petit T2 pour notre fils en contrebas de la villa. L'équipement est au top et rien ne manque (la vaisselle, machine à laver, robot cuisine ...). La piscine est superbe, chauffée et protégée par un rideau amovible électrique pour la sécurité. Les commerces (superette, boucher, boulanger) sont à quelques minutes (en voiture). Véhicule obligatoire pour sillonner la région (plage de palombaggia, bassines naturelle de Cavu, Bonifacio, ...). Accueil chaleureux de Monique !
