We had multiple issues during our stay, with the first starting when we arrived. When we arrived, the shower door was broken and would not slide. The staff attempted to work on it on the first and second days, but they had to order a part that didn’t arrive during our stay. We returned to the property on the second day, and we didn’t have any hot water. That meant no heat or hot water for bathing. We contacted the staff, and an electric heater was provided for our use. The electric heater was also broken; a picture is attached. During the night, all outlets in the house lost power. So we were back to no heat source. The staff stepped up again and helped us by allowing us to check out later, so my wife could use the shower in the unit next door after those people left, and it was cleaned. We truly do appreciate everything the staff did to help in whatever way they could. However, we still paid the full price for this property, which had a shower with a broken door, no hot water, no heat, and no electricity in the outlets. We requested a partial refund after experiencing multiple issues that persisted throughout our stay. The owner never responded to us.
