This bright open-plan apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a large main bedroom with super king or twin set up and a second king bedroom. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a large enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation and family time.

If you are remote working there is superfast broadband available, minimum 250mbps and plenty of space to work.
Sky Stream is also available with voice control and over 150 channels.

This apartment is ideal for couples, families, remote workers and pets are welcome.

You will have full access to the apartment.

As this is a basement apartment there are a few steps down to the entrance.

This apartment is self check in. We will be available on the phone to answer any questions.

It is only a short walk to Southsea Shops, that offer supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as all the shopping amenities you should need.
There are many other attractions a few minutes walk from the apartment such as Canoe Lake, Pier, Beach, Pyramids leisure centre, Southsea castle and D-Day Museum.

Great bus routes around the city. Train stations nearby. Southsea is very easy on foot.

Parking is on the street, electronic parking passes are provided for one car, additional permits can be requested via online check in for additional cars. Please note this is a busy area and parking is limited, however Portsmouth is very flat and most attractions are near by and easy to walk to or use buses or Voi scooters and bikes.

We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.

Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Up to 2 dogs allowed a £25 fee applies per stay.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
