Romantic cottage for up to 8 P, in Val Poschiavo

Romantic cottage for up to 8 people in the settlement Pisciadel (1500 masl), 20 min. from Engadine, 20 min. from Valtellina and 20 min. from Livigno (duty free zone in Italy), at the entrance of the Val di Campo (nature reserve) and in the near of a mountain paradise. Three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed, living room with sunny balcony, a bathroom (with shower, toilet and washbasin), toilet (with toilet and sink), a large kitchen with fireplace, wood and gas stove, electricity, heat pump water heater. With driveway and parking by the house (depending on snow conditions, in winter, the car must be parked on the main road - parking is available - and about 300 m walking distance), garden and large lawn with outside fireplace at the house.

In the summer, swimming in the Poschiavo Lake, Lago di Poschiavo Saoseo or indoor pool, hiking in the pine and larch forests of the environment, glacier hiking Diavolezza, potholes in Cavaglia, Bernina UNESCO, wine region Valtellina, etc. In winter, skiing, cross country skiing and snowkiting areas nearby. Snowshoeing and ski touring in the area.

Beautiful stay in Pochiavo

We have spent a very nice stay in Poschiavo with our family. Ursula and Aurelio are really nice and everything was simple and perfect ! We hope we could come again and recommend Ursula and Aurelio’s house, located in a very quiet and beautiful area, for all who love mountain !

Magnifique maison, rénovée avec soin... Cela nous laisse deviner la vie d'antan... Les améliorations futures dont nous a parlé Mr Cortesi donneront encore plus de valeurs au logement. L'environnement est fort agréable et c'est aussi le point de départ de belles randonnées. L'arrêt du bus de Sfàzu se trouve à environ 25 min de marche et permets de pousser plus loin la découverte de la vallée.

Wir wurden von der ganzen Familie herzlich willkommen geheissen. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit wertvollen Wandertipps und Ausgehtipps versorgt. Das Haus ist mit viel Charme und Herz eingerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es gibt genügend Platz zum Verweilen und gemütlich Beisammensein. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Gerne werde ich dieses Feriendomizil weiterempfehlen und selber gerne auch für eine längere Zeit das Ferienhaus anmieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und rundherum gut betreut gefühlt.

sehr schön gelegen, absolut ruhig, sehr urig

Wer mit einem etwas abgelegenen, sehr urigen Domizil was anfangen kann, das Knistern eines mit Holz beheizten Ofens schätzt und sich selber versorgt, ist hier genau richtig. Man muss im Winter aber alles - vom Gepäck bis zur Verpflegung - vom Parkplatz an der Straße ca. 400 m zum Haus schaffen (es steht dafür ein Transportschlitten zur Verfügung). Di momentan noch etwas knappe Parkplatzsituation an der Strasse soll demnächst erweitert werden.

Gemütliche, rustikale, gut und praktisch ausgebaute ehemalige Maiensäss. Garten mit Grillstelle. Geeignet auch für Familien mit mehreren Kindern. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Unserer Familie hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der 7 km entfernte Ort ist sehr schön und hat alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Gute Lage für Ausflüge über den Bernina, Livigno oder das Tal hinunter.Vermieterin und die Kommunikation ist perfekt. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Das Beni Haus von Ursula und Aurelio, die uns sehr nett persönlich in Empfang genommen haben, ist wirklich nett. Ein gemütliches Steinhäuschen (innen mit viel Holz) mit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Im Winter muss man mit zwei Holzöfen ordentlich heizen, was aber Spaß macht. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden, ein paar richtig scharfe Messer wären noch gut. Im Dezember/Januar gibt es durch den Sonnenstand und die Lage des Hauses nur für recht kurze Zeit direkte Sonne, was etwas schade ist. Von der nahen Bernina Passstraße hört man fast nichts. Wir konnten mangels Schnee mit dem Auto direkt bis vors Haus fahren; bei Schnee muss man das Auto an der Hauptstrasse stehen lassen. Es gibt aber einen Schlitten zum Transport von Gepäck und Einkäufen. Zum Skifahren ist man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto an der Diavolezza/Lagalb, bei Schnee auf dem Bernina Pass braucht man aber unbedingt Schneeketten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub dort.

Das Rustico ist sehr schön gelegen etwas oberhalb von Poschiavo. Es hat einen großzügigen Aussenbereich mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit. Die Einrichtung ist gut an das Haus angepasst mit grossem Eingangsbereich, in dem man z.B. auch Velos oder Kinderwägen abgestellen kann. Die Stube ist gemütlich mit Ofen und Eckbank. In der Küche wurde die Tradition des Hauses beibehalten und den Kühlschrank im kühleren Erdgeschoss und Vorratsraum positioniert. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts und alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, wenn man von einer Abwaschmaschine absieht. Die Betten in den rustikalen Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem und lassen einen tief und fest schlafen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder :)
