The Space:

Spread out and relax in the open-concept living area, complete with plush sofas, a cozy fireplace, and large windows that fill the home with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features a granite island and has everything you need for home-cooked meals, from quick breakfasts to backyard BBQ dinners.



For entertainment, the attic game room is a guaranteed hit. Enjoy a friendly game of pool, choose from a selection of board games, or simply hang out and create lasting memories. For those needing to plug in, a dedicated workspace with an Ethernet connection is available. Central air conditioning ensures your comfort no matter the season.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:



Primary Suite: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom, featuring a luxurious soaking tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Extra: A queen air mattress with linens is also provided.

Soft bedding and blackout curtains in each room ensure everyone gets a great night’s rest.



House Rules



Check-in is after 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

We are happy to welcome your dog for a small additional fee. Please inquire for details.

Important Information



Self Check-In: Enjoy a smooth arrival with our keypad entry system.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: These may be available for a $50 fee, based on the cleaning schedule. Please ask in advance.

Family Ready: The home is equipped with a Pack ’n Play and a washer/dryer for your convenience.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire home, the fully fenced backyard, and the 3-car garage. As our guest, you'll also enjoy access to the neighborhood's shared beach and river access points on the Spokane River, perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding.

Tucked away in a quiet area, this home is your ideal base for outdoor adventures and city fun. You are just a short drive from the best of Coeur d’Alene.



15 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene for vibrant shops, dining, and the famous lake.

30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park for a day of thrills.

Close to popular hiking and biking at Tubbs Hill, the Centennial Trail, and Mineral Ridge.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the area. You'll have plenty of space with a 3-car garage and additional driveway parking. Most local attractions, trails, and the lake are just a short and scenic drive away.
