Staff were great! Rooms are smaller than pictured but we made it work. Pool was very cold but hot tub was nice. Will stay again when back at silverwood!

I had prepaid /reserved a King bed when I booked the room. When I checked in they said they only had a Queen available and had given my room to someone else. I was supposed to be credited the difference - once my credit card statement came in, I never received the credit.
