The room was in good condition, the staff were friendly, however the window was extremely bad at letting noise in. Room 24, overlooking the reception door wasn't great, but the 5.15am wake up call with the hoover at reception dropped the overall score, and guest experience, to 3/5. Shower was great, overall experience was tainted due to the unexpected wake up call. Couldn't get back to sleep.

No one at reception, no idea how long they would take to come out, no one was around, I only checked in for few hours to relax, didn’t want to be standing at reception. Last time I stayed there parking was free, no where It mention parking fee. And the staff member said cash only and charged £5 cash. Booked a room for 2 adults, only 1 set of towels Tv not working Both above I could get a receptionist to address the issue as no one was there. Few hours later, whilst checking out, no one there again, just left my hotel card at the desk. Should attest have a bell for customers to notify the staff someone is there waiting.

Room was cancelled before we arrived and I had no email or communication to let me know the guy on reception was friendly and apologetic but booking through Expedia wasn’t good as the Ramada hotel said there was a problem with booking third party system and it had to be cancelled there was no room available I am currently awaiting for a refund from Expedia

I booked the Hotel because it had a gym, the pictures on the website is not the same gym, or it has been made smaller and equipment removed. Hidden car park charges at hotel. Travelodge do not charge extra. However I found every staff member helpful and a pleasure to converse with
