The room we stayed in was freezing and when the issue was brought to front desk, an engineer came and basically turned the fan which just made the room colder. Less headboard, more sheets! When I called the front desk, I was put on hold for a while, went physically to the front desk lobby, kept waiting while a person who had a credit card declined was prioritized, 2 ppl at front desk. Poor customer service, our floor had no one but us across from gym and laundry. Expedia savings but placed in poor, high traffick areas. Our last hotel room by the pool with running kids and a noisy elevator Last time using Expedia!

The Doubletree was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the hotel and area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The one negative is that the tub is not senior friendly with its slippery bottom.

Hotel caught fire at 5 am. Displaced everyone to the parking lot. Finally reassigned rooms after 4 hours and told checkout time was still 11am. Entire floor of fire had water damage including our room, my luggage and contents damaged. Best part is that Hiltons coorperate office could care less. Absolutely awful nightmare.
