Farm renovated into a gîte paired with another on a peaceful site. On the ground floor: - kitchen, - living room, lunchroom, - bathroom with Italian shower, - 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds), tumble dryer shared with the other gîte, telephone, open land of 100 m², garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard, garage. Sheet rental possible. Nearest market in Mugron 5 km. Private land and independent entrance to the gîte. Beyond an animal, consult us.
