We had high expectations with this hotel being 4 stars but we were shocked by the rudeness of the staff. Breakfast is from 7.30-10.30, however even when you go at 10am they stop replacing food and when we asked the staff if we could have some more, they could not understand or speak English (in a 4 star hotel full of tourists), and when I asked the lady to call someone who spoke English, she just ignored me and said walked away. I asked for help to the receptionist who was incredibly rude and told us that “special food” is served in the early morning and when I asked if she could go to check if there was more in the kitchen, she walked back to the reception without saying a word to me and leaving me stood up there. why is the breakfast served till 10.30am if food is not provided anymore? The room was okay but we stayed for 3 nights, two people and they never provided more shower gel o shampoo. Terrible service.

The hotet was great, in a convenient location. Cleaniness and hygiene weere exemplar. Breakfast was of great quality, with a variety of food. Coffee in breakfadt was great too. The staff was helpful, effective, polite and always available to help. The room was brilliant and very quiet. Bed and mattress were great too offering a quality sleep and rest. From the staff i would like particularly to thank Marina for her excellent support to me and my friends and family. Definetely the hotel is wort to recommend and be my next stop in Prague.

The hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was more than excellent. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the shopping area with many restaurants nearby. It’s also very walkable and easy to reach the Old Town.

Lots of shops nearby and 2 transit stops within 10 minutes' walk each. One small complaint: the bathtub/shower could really use some sort of non-slip surface. Would definitely stay here again.
