The Art Deco Imperial Hotel was simply world class. The staff, stunning rooms, old world charm and elegance, everything was 5-Star. The location could not have been better either. So easy to walk to the main attractions. A perfect stay in all ways for my husband and I as it was our first time Prague. I also encourage anyone who made need transportation to or from the airport and hotel to take advantage of the services they offer as well. Exceptional Hotel and highly recommend.

The room was unfortunately quite dirty, with a number of hairs from previous guests on multiple surfaces and towels. There were several stains on the bedding. The room was quite shabby and noisy. The location is average but there are much better located stays in this part of the city.

The Hotel was recommended to us by a client. It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at. Centrally located, the staff was great and the food was excellent. The room was amazing and you feel very comfortable in it. Had every amenity you could think of.

The building is fantastic. Staff were excellent. The adjacent restaurant is fabulous. Massive Breakfast buffet served there as well and that was outstanding.zero complaints. Just the bathtub shower is a bit steep for some older guests but all was terrific. Such lovely people all over Prague.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels with the most amazing restaurant I could have ever asked for. If you travel to Prague, you should stay here, you will not be disappointed, Almost anything you need is walking distance and there is a subway station just a few minutes walk away as well. Food at the imperial cafe is absolutely top notch. This is a gem! The staff was also amazing. I will stay here again next time I am in Prague for sure.
