Great hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable, very clean, and breakfast was varied. Best thing is the location, very central and walking distance to most main points (12 mins walking to Wenceslas Square). Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable efficient

Great hotel with great location and great value for money. They could use better curtains for daytime to cut light though. Due to my jet lag I was sleeping during th day but rooms were a bit too bright even with curtains. Had some issues with the in room safe but staff was prompt to resolve these. breakfast is very elaborate and worth the price. Hotel has a great restaurant and also spa and ATM so very convenient.

Comfortable stay in central Prague

The room was very spacious and clean, but the slippers provided were extremely low quality and we could barely walk in them. Lots of breakfast options including hot food, cold food, pastries, waffles, yogurt etc.

A comfortable stay

We stayed 2 nights along with our elderly aunt and uncle. It is a good hotel and we felt it was clean and comfortable, so would stay again. Unfortunately our relations didn’t get an accessible room even though we requested it. This made it more difficult for them but they still enjoyed the stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and food good, but as the different food stations are spread out and duplicated in the very large dining room on the first morning it was a bit overwhelming. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant so can’t say anything about them. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. A minor quibble was that the concierge desk was never occupied when we came through the lobby so I’m not convinced they actually have one.

The Grandium in Prague is a "find". My neighbors told me about it and I am so glad they did. The hotel is well appointed, the staff amazingly helpful, especially Barbora and her assistant Valery at the concierge desk. The breakfast includes everything you would ever want to find at a buffet, as well as an omelet station, great selection of yogurts, cereals and breads, and of course, sweets. I will return again when I am in Prague. I highly recommend the Grandium.
