Exceeded all our expectations! We and our friends rented 3 rooms and had the entire floor to ourselves. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Location spectacular.

The hotel is in a perfect situation for exploring both sides of the river. It is very quaint but very quiet despite the crowds outside. The room we stayed in was very spacious and impeccably clean with very good toiletries and amenities. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of food and drinks. We had a superb evening meal in their restaurant with an excellent bottle of red wine from Czechia. Again the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink. I would say that our stay at Hotel Pod Vezi was better than some 5* hotels we have stayed at and I would highly recommend Hotel Pod Vezi.

The hotel was fabulous all round. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in through the door and it has a real family feel. The room was lovely. Location great. Food delicious - had breakfast and dinner. Then there were some thoughtful surprises in the room too. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

I’d give this hotel 10 stars if I could. The best front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. Big spacious rooms. Treat and bottle of water everyday in your room. Great location to tram and must sees in the city.

This hotel is in a great location right at the end of the Charles Bridge under the tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast is very nice with a wide selection, and the staff is super helpful. They helped us with how to navigate the city, arranged a car for our departure to the airport. Since we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast opened on our last day, they even put together a bag of breakfast items for us. They even have metro tickets you can buy at the front desk and they offer little gift items in your room each day. They also have a very nice restaurant.

This is possibly the best experience that I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere! This is a lovely old hotel but old as in extremely charming. The staff is incredible. The young man that checked us in was so knowledgeable about the city. We could tell he is passionate about Prague. He pointed out some must dos and some definite don’ts! We missed our initial flight and arrived a day late. Our room was non refundable and we honestly expected nothing and didn’t ask. He informed us that because we missed one night, they had upgraded us to a larger room! We were so surprised and the room was lovely. Sparkling wine awaited us as birthday surprise. Breakfast was quite nice with a mimosa bar and assorted pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses. The location was incredible! It’s close to lots of shops and restaurants and almost attached to Charles Bridge. I’m so happy we chose Hotel Pod Vezi and will happily recommend them to anyone!

Our stay at Hotel Pod Vezi was fantastic. The property is older but very well maintained. The location, directly under the Charles Bridge gate, couldn’t have been better. The surrounding neighborhood was lively, but noise wasn’t an issue. Breakfast buffet included was very good. There is an excellent crepe shop in the hotel annex which is not included. Our room was spacious & clean. But the biggest kudos would be the desk staff. They were friendly & most helpful. They were quick to answer any questions or provide advice. Top notch!

The hotel location is top notch. Many tours begin 1 to 5 minutes away. I stayed with my father in a suite in the main building. All the staff helped with questions and logistics. The last night my flight was early and the front desk provided a take away breakfast which was much appreciated. I also loved the in room coffee machine. I enjoyed many stores and restaurants nearby. Overall I give an “A” for location and personnel.

This was our 2nd time staying at Pod Vezi and will definitely stay here again if we go back to Prague. Very friendly service, a spacious room and a great breakfast. We also ate dinner at their restaurant on our last night and we loved it.

We stayed at Hotel Pod Vezi for a couple of nights and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect for exploring both the Old Town and the castle side of Prague, with everything an easy walk away. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to George who was brilliant and welcoming in every interaction. Food wise, the onsite restaurant was lovely for dinner on our first night. Breakfast is a little limited in terms of variety compared to a large chain hotel, but all the basics are there and the quality of what they offer is very good. Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend.

All of the above. Absolutely wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Lesser Town at the foot of the Charles Bridge. The rooms and property are immaculate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional 4 star, should be 5 place to stay in an architectural masterpiece of a city, Hotel Pod Vezi is a must.
