There's a snack bar/deli on site. Public spaces have free WiFi. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. A library, a vending machine, and multilingual staff are also featured at Hotel Prokop Square. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Very stylish and well furnished room with good transport links to the centre of Prague.
My only gripes were that i had a room on the top floor with a velux roof. The coffee machine and fridge were located at the far end of the room where the ceiling was low and you had to crouch down to make coffee.
Also there was no desk in the room and the tv didn't have any English language
Channels.
The breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard Mine was included in the price, but it wasn't worth the 20 euros that you would otherwise have to pay.
Due to a problem at the check-in I was offered an upgrade. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fresh and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Recommended stay.
Although being a late check-in, there was an issue with my room being ready on day one due to a system error. I was offered complimentary drinks at the lobby as Martha resolved the issue. She was very professional and apologetic. The overall experience after the check in was great.
We had a good 9 night stay at the Prokop Square hotel this summer. Loved the modern style. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, loved the spacious bathroom, great shower. Lovely view from window. Appreciated the usb power outlets and mini fridge. The staff was friendly. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to many transportation options. Very walkable area.
Gave it a 4 star review because they did not provide complimentary drinking water. The first day I reported my fitted bed sheet had a small tear on it and a few black dot stains, they were very responsive and replaced them that day. Three days later I opened up the full drapes and saw the sheers behind them had large brown stains on it. I let them know but told them no need to replace the curtains. Being a newly remodeled hotel they just need to pay attention to these maintenance items to keep it looking nice. Was disappointed the library and courtyard were not fully available because of construction next door. The Expedia website said breakfast was 7 or 8 Euros but they charged 20 Euros there.
Overall the hotel was very nice, fully remodeled traditional Prague building outside and beautiful modern interiors. Very comfortable. For us the location was great!
We stayed in a superior room with balcony and the room was very spacious, had great luggage storage and modern bathroom. Unfortunately, the room was in the Stables building and not the main building - the Stables building is of a lesser standard to the main. The view from the balcony was not a street view, as advertised, but instead of a building covered in blue tarpaulin sheets.
Breakfast was a good selection and available until 10.30am.
