Freindly staff, really close to all major landmarks within walking distance. The rooms are nice, although the building itself is a little bit older, but is still maintained really well. The price is good too. Definitely worth a stay if you want a nice hotel thats affordable and has things within walking distance. A little loud outside sometimes from all the streetcars, but other than that, i will %100 be back again!

It was an older hotel, located in the heart of the city. It was close to the subway, restaurants, park. The best part is they provided breakfast in style, I love the hard boiled eggs, all kind of breads, the foods was amazing!

We were provided with two rooms since they were renovating parts of the hotel that included our originally reserved room. The location is convenient, as it is right in front of the tram station and is also close to the historic center in general. There is no air conditioning (which is usually to be expected from Europe), but they provided a fan. The staff is helpful and patient! They were willing to explain everything, give us recommendations and answer questions we had. The breakfast buffet is good. Reception is available until 10 PM, and the door is locked at this time as well so you need to make sure you bring your room card with you! Overall the hotel was good and we had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay for 3 nights. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff very helpful. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided as it was hot. Only downside was there was no fridge to keep drinks cool. Fantastic location not far from Charles Bridge and the Old Town

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Me and my daughter stayed here and ordered the airport transfer from here too. Everything went smoothly and the driver contacted us when he had arrived so it was easy to find him. The hotel staff were amazing. Very pleasant and extremely helpful people. The hotel is a beautiful building in a great area. We walked to all the major sites. The breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend. My daughter would like to return to Prague with her friends and I would feel happy that she would be safe at this hotel

We loved our room and the space was small but certainly comfortable. Though the decor is outdated and it’s fairly simply amenities, the coffee was good, the bed was cozy and warm for a smaller person like myself and it was a perfect location. Breakfast had many options and great staff at this location. They were really friendly and helpful.

Our family of 2 adults and 1 teen stayed in Prague for 3 nights. We made a great choice by staying at the William Hotel, we couldn't ask for anything more. Conveniently located in the Mala strana, about 20 min to Old town through incredible views and bridges. We walked everywhere and only used Bolt from train station and to airport. Hotel is very clean, impeccable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is sunny, clean, spacy with clean linens and warm blankets. We found the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a big plus, with nice variety and fresh produce. Fruits, vegetables, fresh cheeses and yogurt. Big plus were hemp seeds sunflower and pumpkin seed and nice variety of nuts. Unlimited coffee and tea very nice to have. Plenty of dinning options around and easy walk to Old town. We will definitely recommend! Thank you!

Great location, right near a tram stop so can get anywhere in the city if you figure out there public transport system, I was abit lost on first day using it but by my final day I had it down. Only things that detected for me was I had a double bed but a single quilt and one pillow, the shower cubicle no matter how you try you’ll get the bathroom floor soaking and just for me whatever chemical tablet they put in the toilet or whatever was so strong, felt like I was breathing bleach and scent, had to keep bathroom door closed at all times and try not to breathe in bathroom. The staff were amazing, front desk took my bag when I arrived because I was 5 hours away from check in to go exploring, they let me check in an hour and half early. Decor and design is abit outdated but what does that really matter, it was great location, comfy and nice staff. Breakfast was very basic but I wasn’t expecting much and it filled me up until lunchtime which saves some money. Overall enjoyed it and would come again.

We thought this hotel was delightful. We had a lovely room which was spacious and warm. The bathroom was very clean and adventurously decorated! We didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were friendly and provided a tip-top breakfast to start the day. Before booking i hadn't realised what a good location it is in. It's a fair walk from the train station tho probably navigable via trams but we hadn't worked them out! Otherwise a close distance to the castle and Charkes Bridge amonst other places. I'd definitely recommend from our experience.
