Mama Shelter was great. The staff we're very helpful, the rooms were clean and a decent size. The bar was a nice place to unwind after plenty of walking around Prague during the day. The hotel is well located with easy access to the city on tram or by foot (if you fancy stretching your legs).

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were amazing and the quality, presentation and attentiveness of the staff working in the restaurant is worthy of 5 stars. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second trip to this hotel. The toilet did not work well, but they did send someone to fix it. There was mold in the bathroom, which should have not been there. Many of the nice touches were not there this time. Last time was far superior.

Nice and clean lovely to have soap, body cream, waters provided. Some of Staff in the restaurant and reception were a little sharp and not very customer friendly. I could see it was because it got belly at some point in the restaurant but the reception was quiet and felt a bluntness.
