Beautiful City, Bad Rental Accommodation

To begin, the owner asked for a list of confidential information (personal identification numbers, home address) all through the unsecured Vrbo chat. Our passport numbers were demanded months after we had paid and were getting ready to leave for our trip. We were told that our stay depended on providing this information. We understand that providing passport numbers is necessary, but it should be collected upon arrival and not through an unsecured chat on the internet.The location is only reachable with taxi and there was no metro close by. The living space is composed of two small rooms divided by a tiny kitchen with no place to sit. It is an extremely tight space for three people. There is no place to even open your luggage.We stayed on the fourth floor and there was no elevator (information we wish the owner listed on Vrbo).We had to struggle up many flights of steep stairs with each luggage. There was no laundry machine, no dishwasher and very little cutlery. In the washroom, the shower head was old and and kept falling over. There was no place to put a single bar of soap inside the shower. The only way was to open a drawer underneath the sink, beside the shower, where there was visible water damage and mould spores from previous guests who used the only space they had to place their soap and shampoo. The space was overall clean, with clean towels and bedding.Prague is a beautiful city but this is not a great place to stay.

Gut gelegenes Appartement, sogar zu Fuß ist die Prager Burg in 20 Min. erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

eventhough a little inconvenient location for the foreigners, the property itself is a 5 star. on out next trip to prague we definitely will rent this place again.

Beautiful apartment

Wonderful apartment. Very, very small with lots of stairs to the top. 2 good sized rooms for a brief stay. 1 with a queen sized bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. This was perfect for our trip.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ohne Probleme und sie war immer an Lösungen interessiert.Der einzige Kritikpunkt richtet sich gegen die Angaben in der Anzeige, welche überarbeitet werden sollte. Ansonsten sehr gut Lage und sehr sauber.Wir würden es weiter empfehlen.
