The approximately 22 m² studio is newly renovated in the White Lion Residence development and designed to use the space efficiently. It features a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, a table, and a private bathroom. The apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, iron, bed linens, towels, and other essentials for a longer stay.

The building has an elevator, and the apartment offers convenient self check-in using a smart lock.
