They never treat me fair. I miss my flight from London to Prague, and they canceled all my reservation. I have to book a new reservation to stay in a hotel around the hotel is very filthy street.

The staff at Unitas were fabulous. We stayed at the Residence part of the hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy. Close to everything tourists will want to see.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at Unitas Residence, the room was very spacious albeit the furniture seemed a little dated. Our stay was excellent, its very convenient to all areas of Prague situated very central, the staff were very helpful, would recommend it.

Helpful Receptionists in a Labyrinthine Hotel
I stayed at this hotel while I was visiting Prague for work, a large and somewhat maze-like hotel with decent if not particularly luxurious rooms, but the standout feature was the friendly and English-speaking receptionists who were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the labyrinthine layout and providing information about the neighborhood.
