Clémentine and Sébastien will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte, a charming fully renovated townhouse ideally located in the heart of Prayssas, in a particularly quiet and pleasant setting.



With 70 m² of space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two flexible bedrooms, which can be arranged with king-size, queen-size, or twin beds according to your needs, as well as a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. You’ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work and video calls, a TV with on-demand video, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, and a fan.



Families traveling with a young child can request a baby cot and high chair.



The living room offers a warm and comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the region.



One of the gîte’s main advantages is its exceptional location: everything is within walking distance. The bakery, grocery store, and restaurants are less than 100 meters away. You’ll enjoy the convenience of a lively village center while staying in a very peaceful neighborhood.

Parking is easy and free in the nearby streets.



To maintain the peace and quiet, parties and events are not allowed.



Guests are responsible for end-of-stay cleaning. If not left clean, a cleaning service can be provided for an extra fee.
