Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single bed and a study. ALL CHARGES included (heating fuel, wood, sheets, linens, cleaning included). Located 15 km away from Rouen, detached contemporary house with terrace, near the town centre, with a large garden with lots of flowers and an enclosed orchard (800 m²), with a lovely view over the surrounding fields.
